Uninstalled OneStart and scanned for viruses and malware.
Replaced the motherboard, but unfortunately the CPU needed to be replaced as well. Customer declined CPU replacement at this time.
Replaced the drive and repaired Windows errors. Several software drivers were tested but unfortunately the HDMI port is dead.
Updated and renewed Avast Antivirus as well as checking for any malware and cleaning up the laptop.
When I arrived onsite customer said that they wanted to reschedule the appointment. Apparently she had told someone at the office about wanting to reschedule. Will open a new ticket when she calls to reschedule the appointment.
Reseated the battery and cleared the CMOS as well as cleaning up the laptop.
