The XPS writer was not installed correctly, but once it was installed properly, the email integration from within QuickBooks started working. The customer expressed interest in being able to view the invoice before sending it over, so the default QB email send program was switched to Outlook.
Manually applied Windows Update patches to the computer that had been offline from RMM management for a while.
Joined the computer to the domain to restore file share access via Kerberos. Kept all existing user profile data and software. Manually mapped the networked file share, as no GPOs are in place to automatically map it.

I restored shared connections between 3 computers.
Both of the machines have been successfully reconnected.
After much back and forth with Milner, the correct credentials for the KIP machine were obtained. The scan location was successfully re-registered, and Luis tested the machine, confirming that it worked as expected. The credentials are securely logged in the keeper for easy access in case of future issues with the scanner.
Created the new employee email per the manager's request and specifications.
Reinstalled Windows and migrated the user data
Discovered that multiple computers were connected to a workgroup instead of the domain. Transitioned all computers from the workgroup to the domain and performed an upgrade on one machine from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Pro.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the patching on the machine was out of date. However, the machine had already completed Windows Updates on its own.
